New Staff Engineers
New Staff Engineers have the opportunity to experience projects from start to finish. You will gain knowledge in the field as construction inspectors, and further your growth by designing projects in the office with a Professional Engineer. Being a player in many of our different services allows you to discover your primary interests, and steer your career with Eng. It’s our passion to mentor and inspire engineers to reach their full potential.
Engineering Interns
Engineering Interns working with us will acquire hands-on experience with infrastructure improvement projects throughout the state, serving as a critical part of project execution. Your primary role will be acting as an on-site representative for municipal and water resource construction projects, gaining valuable experience in a wide variety of construction techniques and processes.
Materials Testing Interns
Materials Testing Interns will enhance their skills, being mentored as they act as on-site representatives observing contractors at construction sites and perform basic field soil and concrete tests. You will acquire knowledge under the direction of an engineering professional who is a Licensed Radiation Safety Officer, Certified in Nuclear Gauge Safety and HAZMAT, and Density Testing Qualified.

Find Us at a Job Fair
We participate in many job fairs in the spring (February-March) and fall (September-October). You may see us at Michigan State University, Calvin University, Lansing Community College, Wayne State University, Western Michigan University, or the virtual Engineered in the Mitten.
