As a Project Engineer at Eng., you will be working with a dedicated team of individuals performing duties such as:
- Leading a small team of engineers to ensure projects are completed to a high standard within project timelines.
- Maintaining client relationships to ensure we exceed expectations on all projects.
- Ensure projects are completed to a high standard within project timelines.
- Analyze alternatives to present clients with the best options.
- Manage municipal, County Drain, site development, roadway/pathway, and water distribution projects from scoping phase through construction phase.
- Train new engineers in all aspects of the industry.
- Grow your expertise in an area of your interests while continuing to round-out your engineering knowledge and management capabilities.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Work as part of a team and independently.
- Experience new challenges and concepts.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Possess team leadership skills
- Ability to set and maintain deadlines
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States immediately
Preferred Requirements
- 5-10 years’ experience
- Professional Engineering license
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Project management experience
- Ability to work as part of a team and work independently
- Willingness to adapt to new challenges and learn new concepts
